Når du bruger kontaktformularen på kontakt.html, indtaster du navn, ønsket massagetype, varighed, dato, tidsrum, adresse og evt. en besked. Formularen sender ikke disse oplysninger til en server – de bruges udelukkende til at oprette en WhatsApp-besked, som åbnes direkte i din egen WhatsApp og sendes til Lucios telefonnummer, når du selv trykker send. Kropsro.dk har ingen backend, database eller formularudbyder, og gemmer ikke selv disse oplysninger digitalt.

When you use the contact form on kontakt.html, you enter your name, desired massage type, duration, date, time slot, address and an optional message. The form does not send this information to any server – it is only used to compose a WhatsApp message, which opens directly in your own WhatsApp and is sent to Lucio's phone number once you press send yourself. Kropsro.dk has no backend, database or form provider, and does not itself store this information digitally.

The message is then stored within WhatsApp in accordance with WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, which Kropsro has no control over.

The website uses three third-party services: Google Fonts (typefaces), Google Maps (map on the contact page) and a LinkedIn widget (on the About Lucio page). Behandlingen af din henvendelse sker på baggrund af en legitim interesse i at kunne besvare din booking og levere massagebehandlingen (GDPR art. 6, stk. 1, litra f), samt for at opfylde en eventuel aftale om behandling (litra b). Google Maps og LinkedIn-widgeten indlæses udelukkende på baggrund af dit samtykke (litra a), som du til enhver tid kan trække tilbage.

Your inquiry is processed based on a legitimate interest in responding to your booking and delivering the treatment (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and to fulfil any agreement on treatment (litra b). Google Maps and the LinkedIn widget are only loaded based on your consent (litra a), which you can withdraw at any time.

Kropsro opbevarer ikke selv personoplysninger i en database, da sitet er statisk og uden backend. Oplysninger, du sender via WhatsApp, opbevares, indtil du eller Lucio sletter samtalen, eller i henhold til WhatsApps egne opbevaringsvilkår.

Kropsro does not itself store personal data in a database, as the site is static and has no backend. Information you send via WhatsApp is retained until you or Lucio delete the conversation, or according to WhatsApp's own retention terms.
